SSM Major has been designed with latest safety features combined with functional operation.
The Standard Equipment Includes: |

- Flow meter unit head for oxygen and Nitrus oxide with fine adjustment controls luminous back plate.
- Oxygen flow meter calibrated from 100cc/min. to 8 liters/min. and nitrous oxide flow meter from 200cc/min. to 12 liters/min.
- One plenum type vaporizer for ether and one Goldman type vaporizer for Halothene supplied as standard.
- Non return cum Blow off valve in circuit to ensure that pressure does not build up beyond 200cm. water column.
- Two pin indexed yokes for O2 and two for N2O with indicator gauge.
- Circuit pressure gauge. Nitro Lock gas Block with oxy failure alarm.
- Nitrous oxide supply to patient interlocked with O2 supply, making it impossible for N2O to be administered to patient in the absence of O2 supply in yokes.
- Hypoxic Guard Incorporated.
- 60 P.S.I. Out let for driving ventilator.
- Top tray for monitor at eye level.
- "Combined” mono block system for open & closed circuit with emergency unit and out let for fresh gases of convenient position.
- One open circuit (Magills/Bain’s)
- Spacious drawers on smooth runners.
- Space for additional medium size cylinder at the rear.
- Table structure constructed from sturdy square stainless steel section.
- Tabletop tray made from stainless steel.
- The equipment is fitted on 4 large diameter caster wheel for easy mobility and break provision incorporated.
